Goodbye Liam, There are many things that I'll miss about you, particularly your dry wit and sarcasm, your insistence on drinking (Barry's) tea exclusively from a china cup & saucer, your daily misplacing of your glasses/keys/wallet, and your scathing criticism of pretty much every restaurant that I have ever visited. But mostly I'll just miss a genuinely decent, kind & funny man. Working together every day for 14 years we never had a single cross word and you were always on hand for a bit of advice when I needed it. I'm sorry that I could not return that favour Dear Jane & Oliver Words cannot begin to describe our sadness. Our thoughts are with you and we send you our sincerest love & sympathy.
